Dr. Eilat Mazar, director of the Ophel excavation, welcomes you back for Phase 2B and reveals a fascinating find from the very first day of activity in Area B.

    I have missed Dr Mazar and her lovely videos of the dig so to see the site in such a flurry of activity brings tears to the eyes. In such a short space of time, already an exciting discovery. It’s spine tingling. Thank you for taking us on this journey with you.
