Donations

Where Is My Donation Going?

Donations are deposited to the Armstrong International Cultural Foundation. Donations are used in support of archeological excavations under the auspice of Dr. Eliat Mazar in conjunction with representatives from Herbert W. Armstrong College.

How Can I Make a Donation?

It is easy to make a donation. Simply use the “Donate” button on the menu bar. We are thankful to receive donations online via ACH (automated clearing house), electronic check, or with your credit card. All instructions are posted to make this process simple and efficient.

You may also donate by check if you wish. Please make it payable to the “Armstrong International Cultural Foundation” and mail to Armstrong International Cultural Foundation, PO Box 3700, Edmond, OK, 73083.

How Are Donation Proceeds Distributed?

Proceeds are accounted for and audited by the Foundation. The Foundation board of directors creates and approves a running budget system that best supports the needs of our projects in Israel. Less than 10% of your donation will be used for administration of the Foundation, the vast majority is used to offset expenses incurred by Dr. Mazar and the volunteers assisting her with projects.

Can I Write Off Donations on My Taxes?

If you live in the United States, your donations can be deducted from your taxes. We will issue an annual receipt in January for the previous year’s contributions. The AICF is a 501 (c) (3) registered non-profit corporation with the Internal Revenue Service doing business for the Philadelphia Church of God, Inc. (FEIN: 73-1354094).

Donations made from countries outside the United States will also be recognized with an annual receipt. Please check with your nation’s tax laws regarding your ability to claim donations made to the AICF.
